Getting Started

Downloading and Opening the Template

  1. Download the Template:
    • After purchase, download both the Blank Template and the Template with Sample Data from your account or the provided download link.

    • Double-click the downloaded .xlsx files to open them in Microsoft Excel (Excel 2016 or later recommended).
  3. Enable Editing:

Using the Data Entry Tables

  2. Enter Planned Income: Input all expected income sources (e.g., salary, freelance work) under the Planned column.
  3. Enter Actual Income: After receiving income, input the actual amounts under the Actual column.
  4. Payday: Specify the payday for each income source to manage cashflow effectively.

Bills:

  1. Locate Bills Table: Find the Bills table within the Data Entry section.
  2. Input Monthly Bills: Enter all recurring monthly bills (e.g., rent, utilities) under the Planned column.
  3. Record Actual Payments: After paying bills, input the actual amounts under the Actual column.

Subscriptions:
