Analysistabs Content License Agreement

This is a license agreement between you and Analysistabs that explains how you can use Excel, PowerPoint, Word templates that you license from Analysistabs. By downloading content from Analysistabs, you accept the terms of this agreement.

Templates Licenses

Analysistabs offers three types of licenses for templates:

Standard License:  Extended and Enterprise. Every file downloaded from Analysistabs comes with a Standard License.

Extended or Enterprise Licenses: Please contact us to get an Extended or Enterprise License. An Extended License/ Enterprise License gives you additional rights in exchange for an additional license fee.

Unless you purchase an Extended License/ Enterprise License, your use of the content is subject to the Standard License terms.

For individuals (Allows 1 user):

Things you can do with the templates.

• You are licensed to use the template to create end Products for yourself or 1 user.
• You can make any number of copies of the single End Product.
• You can modify or customize the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it.

Things you cannot do with the templates.

• You cannot re-distribute the template or resell files on other marketplaces and claim off as your own work.
• You cannot share the templates/end products/derivative work with your clients/stakeholders. You or they need to purchase another license (to suite their team size) from analysistabs.org.
• You cannot re-distribute the template and can not resell our products and templates on other marketplaces, Freelance portals and claim off as your own work.
• You cannot sell customized templates / end products/ derivative work created based on our templates on other marketplaces, Freelance portals and claim off as your own work.

For medium and large team of 2-50 members in an organization:

Things you can do with the templates.

• You are licensed to use the template to create end Products for yourself or for your team of 2-50 members.
• The End Product (File) can be distributed with in your team of 2-50 members.
• You can make any number of copies of the single End Product, if the End Product is distributed within your team of 2-50 members.
• You can modify or customize the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works can be distributed with in your team of 2-50 members.

Things you cannot do with the templates.

• You cannot re-distribute the template or resell files on other marketplaces and claim off as your own work.
• You cannot share the templates/end products/derivative work with your clients/stakeholders. You or they need to purchase another license (to suite their team size) from analysistabs.org.
• You cannot re-distribute the template and can not resell our products and templates on other marketplaces, Freelance portals and claim off as your own work.
• You cannot sell customized templates / end products/ derivative work created based on our templates on other marketplaces, Freelance portals and claim off as your own work.

For extra-large team / organization ( 50+ members) in an organization:

Things you can do with the templates.

• You are licensed to use the template to create end Products for yourself or for your team members.
• The End Product (File) can be distributed with in your team members.
• You can make any number of copies of the single End Product, if the End Product is distributed within your team members.
• You can modify or customize the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works can be distributed with in your team members.
