Capacity heatmap will provide you capacity of the specific resource in hours in a year. This is calculated based on the start and termination date of the resource entered in the resource management data sheets.
UTILIZATION
You can understand how your resource bandwidth is allocated in a calendar year. The utilization heat map will provide you hours used in a calendar year of a specific resource.
AVAILABILITY
Availability heat map gives you the number of hours remaining after allocation. You can see if resource bandwidth is available to take new tasks or you can also check if any resource is over loaded.
DEMAND
You can enter the new project activities in the task management sheets and select status as demand, so that you can check if a specific resource is available to accept the tasks in demand (expecting in future).
BALANCE
This heat map will give you if there are any balance hours are available after utilization and demand.
SUMMARY
This summary chart provided on top of the bandwidth heat map sheets. It will help you to quickly understand bandwidth capacity, usage, availability, demand and overload.
