Overview:

This is an Excel template created using Excel formulas, VBA Macros and Built in tools. We can divide this template into 4 major parts.

  1. Data Sheets: Helps you to enter the details of projects, resource, Clients, milestones, tasks, Risks & Issues, Budget and Invoice in provided worksheets.
  2. Dashboards and Gantt. Chart : To visually represent the Project plans and and the above information.
  3.  Template Settings: Helps you to customize and change the template to suite your requirements.
  4. Calculation Sheets: We have provided separate calculation sheets for each dashboard and Gantt. chart.You can use this to change the existing calculations or enhance the template.

How to Customize the Template:

How to use the Template:

Once you are done with the template customization, you can start entering the required information in the data sheets.

Follow the below sequence while entering the information.

Step 1:

  1. Add Resource details in the Resource Management Sheet.
  2. Add Client details in the Client Management Sheet.
  3. Add Projects details in the Project Management Sheet.

Step 2:

After step 1, then go to ‘Task Management’ Sheet to add your Project Milestones and Tasks details.

Select a Project – Add a Milestone – > Add Tasks

Step 3:

After step 2, now you can view the updated Dashboards, Gantt. Chart and Summary Worksheets.
