No refunds will be offered for the Templates, as they are digital products. By purchasing or downloading a Template, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.
At Analysistabs we strive to make our customers satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. We are confident that our products are useful. If you’re having trouble with premium Templates, Tools and Product or believe it is defective, and/or you’re feeling frustrated, please send us an email (info@analysistabs.com) by stating the issues and we will assist you as soon as possible. For damaged Templates or Tools, we will request from you a link and/or a screen-shot of the issue to be sent to our support service.
No returns / No refunds will be offered for digital products, Templates except if the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
- Non-Functional Product: If a Template you downloaded is demonstrably non-functional due to errors on our part and cannot be resolved through troubleshooting steps provided by Analysistabs®, we will offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Partial Functionality: If a Template has minor functionality issues due to errors on our part, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This decision will be based on the severity of the issue and the remaining functionality of the Template.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind or buyer’s remorse after a Template has been downloaded.
- Accidental Purchases: Refunds will not be granted for accidental purchases where the Template has already been downloaded.
- Uncooperative User: If a user refuses to cooperate with our support team’s troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve an issue with a Template, a refund request may be denied.
- Time Limit Exceeded: Requests for refunds received outside the designated timeframe (7 days from purchase) will not be considered.
- Unreported Issues: Refunds will not be granted for issues that are not reported to our support team within 7 days of purchase.
- Lack of Basic Skills: Refunds will not be granted due to a lack of basic skills required for using the Templates, as outlined in our Basic Skills Disclaimer (Section 5). This includes foundational knowledge of project management principles and the relevant software program (e.g., Excel) for which the Template is designed.
Analysistabs offer a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case Analysistabs has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.
