Q: Domestic Payments - Bank Account Details

Our payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe) are not accepting domestic payments (from India). You can place the order by transferring the amount to our Bank Account. Here are the bank a/c details to transfer the amount . Please email us with transaction id once the payment is done! So that we can provide the access to download files. Please note that we have no refund policy. Please check the product details before placing the order. Q: Can We Exchange the Purchased Products?

NO. You can not exchange the products once you downloaded the files. As these are the digital downloadable products. We can not cancel / refund / exchange the product with any other products. Instead you can upgrade to the bundle product which contains the both downloaded product and new product which you wants to replace with.

Q: How to Unlock the Sheets?

We have locked a few sheets to avoid unwanted mistakes by chance. You can unlock the sheets from the Review Tab in the Excel Ribbon by clicking on the Unprotect Sheet command. Here is the following screenshot for your reference.

Q: Can we remove unused columns in the template?

Removing columns in the template effects the calculations in the template. Instead, you can hide columns.

Q: Can we add new columns to the existing template?

You can add at the end of after last column in the table.

Q: Can we link the data tables in other templates?

All templates are individual templates. There is no connection between templates and their data tables. You have to input data manually or copy from one template to another templates.

Q: Do you offer free trials of your premium templates?

We don't offer free trails of any premium templates. We have created video tutorials to have a look and feel of our premium templates. Link: Video Previews

Q: How do I open the downloaded zip file?

We mostly put our templates in .ZIP files for faster downloads. Once you download files, save it on your personal computer. Right click on the zip file and then click on the Extract all from the available list to unzip the files.

Q: Is this price a one time payment or recurring payment?

It is a one time payment. You can use them forever after subscription period. There is no subscription or recurring payment required.
